Staff Hygiene Policy
- The staff should be in proper uniforms and wearing caps if they are working in the kitchen
- Nails should be cut short; clean aprons should be worn while cooking. Avoid wearing flashy jewels, metal watches, and religious threads etc. in cooking areas
- All staff should be wearing covered & non-skid shoes
- Smoking & spitting should be banned in the kitchen
- No food should be eaten in the kitchen
- Hands should be washed before start of work, after using the wash room
- First aid box available
Considering COVID-19 we are taking all safety measures of FSSAI new guidelines like social
distancing, wearing face masks, using sanitizer, cleaning, sanitisation & disinfection of the cooking
premises & cooking utensils
Cleaning Method
- Food Tempt Hospitality strictly follows cleaning the food preparation and customer service/food service counter area starts with before food preparations & serving, after every meal service (breakfast, lunch, evening snacks & dinner).
- We follow three bucket system wash, rinse, sanitize. First wash with soapy water then rinse with Luke warm water and sanitize the surface and conducting pest controls periodically
Staff Training
We are conducting weekly training to all its staffs to maintain an excellent quality of food and on time delivery service with an excellent hygiene standard & polite service to its client with pleasing personality. We frequently train the employees in following areas.

- Complaints handling & resolving
- Maintaining food temperature
- Segregating clean, dirty area and segregation of dry wastes, wet wastes
- Proper way of storing raw materials and sorting of raw materials before preparation process

- Wearing the uniforms, safety shoes, aprons, mask and hand gloves at work place
Procurement System
- Food Tempt is committed to procure and use the approved branded raw materials & ingredients for food preparation from reputed suppliers for healthy, safe and better quality of food
- • Food Tempt personally visit to supplier shops/ godown/ premises to ensure the better quality products and reputed & approved supplier to take their due diligence documents like FSSAI licenses/Other required licenses, address proofs and certification if any.
Raw Materials Purchase Policy
• Process: Receiving, Storing & Maintaining Records
Once the raw materials received from supplier, our store team will properly check the quantity, quality, brand, expiry date and maintain the stock register to ensure the sufficient stock maintenances and maintaining the register for FIFO (First in First Out) method to ensure the outdated raw materials are not used for food preparations.
• Vegetables & Fruits
Food Tempt Hospitality is procuring vegetables & Fruits from APMC Market. Once the Vegetables & fruits received from supplier, our kitchen team will check the quantity, quality and properly segregated, washed with approved liquids sanitized and stored at designated area as per the required temperature.
• Dairy Products
Food Tempt Hospitality is always purchases and uses the branded dairy products as per the specifications of the customers. Once the dairy products like milk, curd, butter, cheese, ghee etc. received from our supplier it will be labeled with receiving date & best before use date (shelf life) and stored in refrigerator under required temperature to ensure the quality.
• Non –Veg Products
Food Tempt Hospitality is procuring non-veg items from approved HALAL suppliers who have possessed FSSAI license. We order the fresh non-veg items as per the daily requirements only but not using any frozen non- veg (Chicken/Mutton/Fish).
