- Proper way of storing raw materials and sorting of raw materials before preparation process

- Segregating Veg and Non Veg preparation area and their storage
- Crowd management
- Pest and waste management
- Staff medical check-up and maintaining their health record
- Wearing the uniforms, safety shoes, aprons, mask and hand gloves at work place
