Raw Materials Purchase Policy
• Process: Receiving, Storing & Maintaining Records
Once the raw materials received from supplier, our store team will properly check the quantity, quality, brand, expiry date and maintain the stock register to ensure the sufficient stock maintenances and maintaining the register for FIFO (First in First Out) method to ensure the outdated raw materials are not used for food preparations.
• Vegetables & Fruits
Food Tempt Hospitality is procuring vegetables & Fruits from APMC Market. Once the Vegetables & fruits received from supplier, our kitchen team will check the quantity, quality and properly segregated, washed with approved liquids sanitized and stored at designated area as per the required temperature.
• Dairy Products
Food Tempt Hospitality is always purchases and uses the branded dairy products as per the specifications of the customers. Once the dairy products like milk, curd, butter, cheese, ghee etc. received from our supplier it will be labeled with receiving date & best before use date (shelf life) and stored in refrigerator under required temperature to ensure the quality.
• Non –Veg Products
Food Tempt Hospitality is procuring non-veg items from approved HALAL suppliers who have possessed FSSAI license. We order the fresh non-veg items as per the daily requirements only but not using any frozen non- veg (Chicken/Mutton/Fish).
